Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to products quality, simply return it for exchange. You can return your purchase within 2 (two) working days from the date of purchase. We will arrange our appointed courier service to collect the items at your place with no cost involved. All items purchased on line through kurma.com.my are only returnable if the purchased product is:-

* Packing defective
* Product damaged
* Wrong product delivered
* Expiry date exceeded

If the item is returned for any other reasons, we are not responsible for exchange or refund. No returns will be accepted after 2 (two) working days.

The return product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in good condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for exchange purpose. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our customer service desk, we will arrange for immediate product replacement within 1 (one) working day. We will only refund if the item purchased is out of stock.

Q: How long the delivery take place upon order confirmation?
Once the order has been successfully placed, we will process your delivery on the next day. Delivery are available from Monday to Saturday except public holidays. If the order placed on Saturday, we will process the delivery on Monday and you may receive your order on Tuesday. Normal delivery period is within 48 to 72 hours depending on the day of purchase.

Our appointed courier service for delivery are currently ABX Express and SkyNet. However, we reserve the right to change our courier service from time to time if needed.
